ABANDONED KITTEN IS GIVEN A HELPING HAND

A young kitten, only two or three days old, was handed over to the JSPCA Animals’ Shelter after being taken to New Era Veterinary Hospital by a member of the public who found it wandering helplessly in the La Pouquelaye area.

The JSPCA Clinic staff are feeding the little kitten every two to three hours, throughout the night and day and she is progressing well.  She has become a firm favourite of the Shelter staff and will be re-homed to the family who came to her rescue when she is weaned and of a suitable age.
