JSPCA PRESS RELEASE

November 2006

JSPCA OPEN DAY - COME AND JOIN IN THE FUN!

On Sunday 19th November 2006, the JSPCA Animals' Shelter is pleased to announce that it is having an Open Day at its site on St Saviours Road, St Helier, where members of the public will not only have the opportunity to meet the JSPCA Animals' Shelter staff, but also all the wonderful animals of a variety of different species that are currently available for re-homing, such as dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and even one chipmunk!

The Open Day is due to begin at 10am on Sunday 19th November and will finish at 4pm.  In addition to meeting all of the animals for re-homing, there will also be the opportunity to browse through the JSPCA Animals' Shelter affiliate's stalls, test your animal and wildlife knowledge whilst enjoying the JSPCA Nature Trail and meet the Channel 103 radio team, who will be broadcasting the Sunday Show live from the JSPCA Animals' Shelter.

Unfortunately due to space limitations, there will be no parking on site, although plenty of parking is available at Gas Place Car Park, which is just a short walk along to the Animals' Shelter.  Also, this year there will be no visiting dogs allowed on site.
