Hamsters

Speedy is a 7 months old grey and white Russian hamster who is looking for a new home.

There are three 6 weeks old hamsters that are grey and white in colour and who are all looking for new homes.

Daisy is a 7 months old Russian hamster who is white with grey markings.

Peaches is a  female Syrian hamster who is looking for a new home - can you help?

Ideally hamsters require a home with a large cage, preferably with lots of different levels for them each to climb and explore.  Russian hamsters must be kept in a secure enclosure, such as the solid plastic types of hamster cages.

Mice

Mice need to be housed in large tanks.  The tanks should be very secure and have a large number of levels to enable inquisitive mice to keep busy, exploring and playing.

Gerbils

Dexter - Dexter is an adult male gerbil who is beige in coloration and is looking for a new home.

Peanut - Peanut is an adult beige and white gerbil who is looking for a new home.

Summer - this little girl is a friendly female who is approximately one year of age.

Samson - is a brown coloured gerbil who is looking for a quiet retirement home.  He is three years old.

Squeak - Squeak is a 2 years old brown and white male looking for a new home.

Kate and Giselle - This cheeky pair of females are looking for a new home.

India - This girl is looking for a new home.  She is all brown in colour.

Owen - Owen is a brown adult male who is looking for a new home.

When re-homing gerbils, they can be re-homed as groups or in pairs.  They need a large tank filled with shavings or sawdust, as they love to burrow and dig, and all of them are very good at being handled.

Rats

There are 3 female rats at the JSPCA who are all looking for new homes, preferably together.  They are all 1 year of age.  Lilly is white in colour, Curly is black and white and Coco has a black coloured coat.

There are 4 young female rats and 2 young male rats, all of varying colours all looking for new homes.  Ideally, new homes are needed for single sex pairs of rats.

Panda is an adult, male, black and white rat who needs a new home - can you help?

Rats need a home with a large cage with plenty of things for them to do.  

Chinchillas

Cameron - Cameron is an elderly male chinchilla who is looking for a new home.  Can you help?

Guinea Pigs

Fudge - Fudge is a 1.5 years old male guinea pig who is ginger in colour.  He would be happy living with a female guinea pig friend.

There are two 6 week old male guinea pigs who are brothers and who are both looking for a new home together.  One is brown and black in colour and the other is caramel, grey and white in colour.

Guinea pigs should be housed in large hutches that also offer access to a large, enclosed and secure run area for exercising.

Ferrets

All ferrets re-homed from the JSPCA Animals' Shelter have been neutered and micro-chipped.  Can you help these little critters who are all looking for new homes:

These lovely rabbits are all desperately looking for new homes:

Marley - Marley is a 14 months old male rabbit who is looking for a new home.  Marley is a cream coloured, long-haired lop eared rabbit who will need regular gentle grooming to keep his coat in good condition. - ON HOLD

At the JSPCA Animals’ Shelter all rabbits looking for homes have been micro-chipped, neutered and fully vaccinated.
